Improved Rocky Mountain Super Pass Plus Goes On Sale

Skiers and riders can now get four of the state’s marquee mountains with the Rocky Mountain Super Pass Plus, on sale now for the 2013-14 season. The pass includes Copper Mountain, Steamboat, Winter Park, and for the first time, Monarch Mountain for a total of 9,308 acres and a combined total of 109 feet of snow each year.

We ski at Monarch at least once a season. It’s perfect for family ski getaways, and I’m not just saying that I swear. We love skiing at Monarch because it’s affordable, easy to get to, easy to get around the mountain, they have a nice variety of terrain, good infrastructure, it’s easy to get around the town, and their mascot is the butterfly, and how can you not like butterflies?

Crested Butte Mountain Resort (CBMR) has just announced its appreciation for everyone who skis or snowboards in Colorado, regardless of which mountain is “home”. From now until March 6, 2013 anyone with a Colorado ski resort pass can ski the legendary slopes of Crested Butte for only $59 per day.
